Return and exchange policy
1. Return and Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this time cannot be accepted.

You received an item that does not match your order;
You wish to return or exchange the item for any reason, as long as it is kept in reasonable condition.
3. How to Return a Product
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us by email or phone with your order number, proof of payment, reason for return, and photos or videos if available;
We will review your request and let you know if it is approved, along with the return address;
Send the product back to the provided address;

4. How to Exchange a Product
To request an exchange:
Contact us with your order number, payment details, reason for exchange, and any photos or videos;
We will confirm approval and provide return instructions;
Send the product back to us;
After inspection, we will send out the replacement item within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping details can be found in our Shipping Policy.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are handled as follows:
Refund method: Refunds go back to your original payment method, including Visa and MasterCard;
Refund timing: Refunds usually take 1–5 business days, depending on your bank;
If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us.
6. Who Pays for Return Shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return or exchange:
We cover shipping costs for defects, quality issues, unusual smells, colour differences, or incorrect items;
For returns or exchanges without a specific reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
7. Taking Care of Returned Items
Please make sure returned items are in reasonable condition and include all original accessories. If a return or exchange cannot be completed due to improper packaging or unrelated reasons, we will handle the case based on the situation.
